Twitter Blackbird Pie at Work

Since I’m not able to add plugins to The Chronicle‘s website, I wanted to give people a handy link to show them the Twitter Blackbird Pie plugin at work. And of course, I needed to use the tweet that started this whole thing…

…as well as one of my own to show you that the different backgrounds (which are determined by the user’s settings).

You might be interested in TweetQuoter then. It’s a tool that I wrote over the weekend which enables bloggers to easily embed tweets on their website.

All you need to do is replace “twitter.com” with “tweetquoter.com” of a tweet URL, and you can embed that URL as an image. There are some example and tips on the site, but it should be very easy to figure out how to use it.
